Registered address for a company in Montenegro
Every company in Montenegro needs a registered address. For our clients it is part of the company registration.
What the registered address is
The registered address, or legal seat, is the address of the company in Montenegro that is entered in the register. Documents and official letters to the company are sent there, and it appears in the company’s extract from the Central Business Register.
In our prices
- The legal address is part of company registration. It is included in the registration (€350) and in the residence package (€1,050).
- If you need your own office later, we can introduce a real-estate agent.
- If the address changes, the change is filed to the register within 7 days.
Not the same as your home. The director’s residence permit needs a home address in Montenegro, which is a different thing from the company’s registered address: a notarised lease of at least one year. See housing for the permit.
