Jurisdiction

This site is about Montenegro: companies registered in Montenegro, Montenegrin taxes and accounting, and Montenegrin residence permits. We do not describe the law of other countries, except where a document from your country is needed (for example the criminal record certificate and its apostille).

What we do

• Company formation and registration, legal address.
• Accounting, payroll, tax returns and annual reports.
• Preparing the documents for the bank and for the director’s residence permit.
• Closing a company.

What we do not do

• Attorney advice or representation in court.
• Tax planning outside Montenegro.
• Selling or renting property; we can introduce an agent.
• Guaranteeing decisions of banks, consulates or authorities.
