How company formation works

Consultation

Translations and preparation of documents

Filing and registration
We file the application. The registry decision comes within up to 5 working days from filing. You receive the registration number and the PIB.
Legal address and bank documents
We provide the legal address and prepare the documents for the bank. As a rule you go to the bank after the director’s permit is obtained.

Company registration
Montenegro company formation can start remotely: a power of attorney in English, digitised and notarised, is enough for us to file the registration. It works for citizens of any country.
Residence permit and bank
The residence permit application needs your personal presence for fingerprints, a photo and address registration; a power of attorney cannot replace it. You also visit the bank yourself.

Accounting
From €70 + VAT per month, depending on the number of operations. Annual report: about the price of one month of accounting.
Director’s salary and taxes
A director who applies for a residence permit receives a salary of at least €600 or €800 depending on qualification. To renew the permit, about €5,000 in taxes and contributions must be paid by the company over the previous year.
Profit tax
9% on profit up to €100,000. Between €100,000 and €1.5 million: €9,000 plus 12% of the amount above €100,000.
